I am looking for a student who wanna stay at homestay.
I am more than 20 years experienced homestay.
My house is located in Preston (Zone 1). It takes about 35mins to city by tram (route 86).
Here is detail
- Full furnished (Desk, chair, single bed, wardrobe, TV etc)
- 5 minutes walk to tram stop 49, and 15 minute walk to Preston market, Library, Preston railway station.
- Rent A$220per week + extra telephone bill + Wireless ADSL A$7 per week
- No Bond
- Providing 2 meals (Breakfast & Dinner)
(Lunch is negotiable) on weekday, 3 meals on weekend & public holiday.
- 2 weeks notice before moving out
- I have a small dog (French Poodle)
